I started showing in conformation in 2001, with Dante, a Rottweiler that was imported from Hungary at 4 months old. It was a learning experience for both of us, our first weekend showing in AKC he won Best Puppy Breed both days and that was all it took. We traveled from Maine to as far a Pennsylvania then up into Canada. Dante easily finished his UKC Championship and his Canadian Championship wasn't far behind. Dante was owner handled, we even managed to get 9 AKC points, before starting on the back end titles, not too bad for a novice that had never competed before.
We showed in USRC and received a V1 rating.
​He then went on to get several titles on the other end of this name, AKC CD, RN, BH, AD and of course CGC.
This boy had beauty and brains.

I would like to thank all the judges and handlers that have helped make my dream come true.
